Wisła Płock is making decisions about its players after the 2025/26 season. Kevin Custović and Iban Salvador were the first to find out that their future with Mariusz Misiura's team was over. Later, the club announced that it would not extend its contract with Dominik Kun. Then Tomas Tavares left Wisła. And that's not all. Dominik Sarapata, Matchoi Djalo, and Nemanja Mijusković will no longer be Wisła players. Sarapata was loaned to Wisła from FC Kopenhagen, while Djalo came from Basaksehir. Sarapata certainly didn't expect this after returning to the Polish league, and the executives from Kopenhagen also expected him to get more chances. However, he only played in seven league matches. While Sarapata was with Wisła since winter, Djalo spent the entire season in Płock. He played 19 matches and didn't stand out in any particular way - except maybe for a few missed opportunities in front of the opponent's goal. Wisła is also saying goodbye to central defender Nemanja Mijusković. In his case, we're talking about an expiring contract that won't be extended. This means that Wisła Płock will have to get rid of some of its players to make room for new ones. And this might be a chance for young players to break into the first team. But will it be enough for Wisła Płock to stay in Ekstraklasa? Only time will tell. Wisła Płock has a tough task ahead, but it will certainly fight for every point. In the coming weeks, we'll be able to see how the club from Płock handles its new challenges. For now, though, Wisła Płock has to say goodbye to some of its players.
