Wisła Płock has a new president, Maciej Wiącek. He was born on June 30, 1969, in Tomaszów Lubelski. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the field of Management of Sports and Recreation Institutions. He has been associated with the club for many years, formally working at Wisła since 2001, first as a press spokesman, and since 2002 - with a short break - as the director of the management office. Since July 16, 2024, he has held the position of Vice-President of the Wisła Płock S.A. Management Board. He replaces Piotr Sadczuk after his three-year term. On behalf of the entire Wisła Płock community, we would like to express our deep gratitude to the outgoing President. We thank him for his full commitment, professionalism, and heart put into building a strong sports and organizational position of our club. We wish Mr. Piotr Sadczuk good health and all the best in realizing his next challenges in his professional and personal life. The expected changes in Wisła Płock are not only a new president. Adam Majewski may replace Mariusz Misiura as coach. Sports director Radosław Kucharski may also leave the club. Wisła Płock is preparing for the new season and a lot indicates that it will be a season full of changes. But will these changes be positive for the club? Only time will tell. So now we can only speculate about the future of Wisła Płock.
